Unable to find the Read document operator

I'm currently enrolled in a class that requires us to use RapidMiner and it has asked up to get the read document operator but there isn't one listed in version 9.2, any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

    Did you install text processing extension from rapidminer market place? You will find this operator in that.
